Kurt and Stacie Yenney
Glen Allen, Virginia
Our experience:
My husband and I knew we wanted something very relaxed and laid back
for our second marriage. We had planned on our cruise as a family
vacation and decided we would go ahead and incorporate our wedding at
one of our four destinations. We decided on having it on the beach in
Ocho Rios, Jamaica. What a wonderful choice we made! Everything was
done exactly as we wanted and then some. Our coordinator, Kareen
Smith, was wonderful and very organized and had all the details
planned out for us. All we had to do was show up and do our part!
The flowers were beautiful, the minister was wonderful and we just had
the most amazing experience. The best part is it was so carefree and
very little planning on our part and the wedding site was beautful.
We would highly recommend this destination and coordinator to anyone
thinking of an excursion wedding! |

Emma and Ryan
Married on May 13, 2009
Wedding theme: Tropical.
Her best moment: “Walking down the aisle, with my dad, seeing all of our amazing friends and family with their bare feet in the Jamaican sand!”
His best moment: “When Emma walked around the corner and down the aisle, her amazing white dress, her tanned skin, her gorgeous looks…my knees go weak thinking about it.”
What they would have done differently: “Nothing. We are just so thankful that everything worked out. It made us realize it wasn’t the location that mattered, but the people who were there with us on our wedding day.”
Advice you would give to other couples getting married: “Don’t worry, about a thing, 'cause every little thing gonna be all right”—Bob Marley. This became our mantra after we found out we were going to Jamaica.
The day in three words: Peaceful. Beautiful. Amazing
Ceremony location: Private beach, Montego Bay, Jamaica
