We believe that this is one of the most important and exciting time of the your life. In a bid to serving you better, more efficient and in a timely manner, we request a non-refundable service charge of USD$300 needed to confirm the wedding date, venue, time and to secure the marriage license with two (2) certified copies. The initial deposit is to be made by certified cheque, credit card or wire transfer, payable to “Tropical Tours”. The deposit will be applied toward the total of the final balance of the wedding package. The deposit must be paid 60 days before your arrival date of the wedding. The balance outstanding for the wedding package should be paid in full 30 days prior to the wedding date. This payment may be made via certified cheque, credit card or wire transfer. All cheques are made payable to “Tropical Tours”. An itemized invoice for all wedding services will be provided to the couple prior to the wedding date. The contract and all invoices must be reviewed, signed and returned to Tropical Tours Wedding Center before leaving for Jamaica. Photography packages ranges from a minimum of USD$500 to higher (all prices are negotiable). Note: Michael Saab does not have exclusivity with Tropical Weddings /Tours Wedding packages do not include accommodations. |
Booking Policy We would like to offer you the best possible service in light of this we request a 50% deposit immediately on confirmation of wedding package, this will go toward the initial staging of the event. The non-refundable service charge (US $300) should be deducted from this amount. The remaining 50% is due 45 days prior to the wedding date. |

Note • All deposits made on weddings scheduled for public holidays are non-refundable • The standard fees are applicable to wedding services inclusive of bridal party and guests not in excess of 10 persons. • An additional cost will be applied for person(s) over 10 guests in order to sufficiently provide wedding cake, sparkling wine, flowers and transportation. Suggested additional cost of USD$75 per person • There is an additional cost if weddings are planned less than 30 days prior to wedding date or arrival in Jamaica. Site selection will be made by the Tropical Tours Wedding Center. • Prices are based upon basic wedding coordination and planning, however, price varies depending on changes in site selection. |
